Penthouse – Highgate

A 1980s penthouse reimagined with vibrant colour, inspired by the treetop views over the golf course below.

The brief & the result

I was hired to renovate a large penthouse in Highgate that features a wrap-around balcony and a spacious terrace. The project involved upgrading insulation and resolving long-standing issues. The original 1980s style was not wanted.

My client had a clear idea of what he wanted, and JLV Design personalised the space by using vibrant colours. The stunning view, especially the golf course below, inspired us to bring that outdoor beauty inside.
